Unfortunately he have experienced some serious performance issues with our Database Backend. Even though, so far, we have done our best to fine tune the whole setup in an optimal way, we have lately noticed an unexpected behaviour in the way that the database interacts with the server where the application’s interface is installed.
We are backing up our tables and data at the moment in order to prepare for a series of new tune-up measures that, hopefuly, will resolve these issues. However, these operations require some serious actions which will result in rendering the service unavailable probably for the next 2-3 days.
It is rather unfortunate that we do not have any means of transfering at least the new user registration functionality to a temporary database but our current hardware infrastructure is limited to just 2 servers.
We apologize for any inconvenience and we will keep you posted on our progress.
